There are over 30% permanent citizens in Estonia, whose native language is russian.Estonian government wants to deprive them of opportunity to get the education on native language. So what is that?Apartheid with estonian face?

Second language - no way, why would we need it. Estonian language is good enough. True, it isn't easy to learn, but it's not impossible - where's the will, there's the way. Let me ask you this - why would Sweden, Finland, England, US, Germany etc need Russian as the second official language? Let me guess - to make way for lazy Russians?
Estonia our Motherland is the same as for all who are here lives.We not aliens.Way in their Motherland, we have no right as a state language? Why in their Motherland, we are unable to learn in their mother tongue? Why such permissions the only one population group our country?
